Hisense Real Estate

Hisense Real Estate Co., Ltd. (HREC) was established in 1995. It is the real estate arm of the powerful Hisense Group. Inspired by the philosophy of “Creating Perfection and Connecting People”, HREC is committed to constructing stylish and secure buildings throughout China.

To date, HREC has developed scores of projects including “Hisense Wisdom Garden”, “Hisense North Park Scenery”, “Hisense City Spring”, “Hisense Golden Valley”, “Hisense Tower”, and “Hisense Information Industrial Park”. These projects cover residential buildings, apartments, townhouses, office buildings and large industrial parks. On average, HREC develops nearly 1 million m2 in land area per year.
